J.P. Rosier - CEO
J.P. has worked in the textbook industry for over 13 years. Aware of the ever-inflating cost of college textbooks, he reflected on his own experiences while enrolled in college. He realized there had to be a more affordable way for students to obtain their course materials. With his years of experience sourcing books from all over the market, J.P. created Early College Connection, as a way to provide drastically lowered pricing to Early College, Dual Enrollment, CCP, and STEM Programs. Whereas many things have changed in the textbook industry over his 13+ years, one thing that has remained the same is the unmatched customer service provided to all of his clients.
In his spare time, J.P. enjoys spending time with his family and playing soccer. Prior to entering the textbook industry, J.P. served 8 years in the United States Air Force as an avionics technician. He is a graduate of The University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and currently resides in Columbia, South Carolina.
Ashley Sheppard - VP of Sales
Ashley joined the ECC team in 2018 and brought with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the customer service, sales and marketing industries. She has over fifteen years of experience in client relationship building and is committed to making each customer feel individually considered and important.
She particularly loves working for Early College Connection due to her background in the non-profit realm. She understands firsthand how freeing up budgetary space can be monumentally helpful and especially enjoys assisting her clients in this way. Offering rapid response time, Ashley prides herself on always being available to her customers.
When Ashley isn't working, she has a passion for live music, cooking, and spending time with her fiance Austin, gray tabby Cash, and friends and family.
Ashley graduated from Appalachian State University and currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Bryce Taylor
For Bryce, books have always been an innate interest and passion. He explains his involvement in this industry as turning a hobby into a career. When looking at the experience for students, he knew that he could close the gap for more affordable textbooks. For over 10 years, Bryce has been providing course materials to college students getting them the most affordable books and providing them maximum savings. He truly understands the book industry and has created a reputation of knowing what students need even when they don’t. When Bryce is not juggling books, he's working out, playing soccer, solving crossword puzzles, or spending as much time on the beach as possible. He graduated from the University of Central Florida and currently lives in Ft. Myers, Florida.
